"We’ve been a customer of Bob Francy, State Farm for 30 years and the agents there never disappoint. I bought a new car yesterday and called to update my policy and spoke with Rob Ward. Regardless of the fact that I called at the absolute end of his day he was more than happy to take care of me to insure that I was covered. He’ such a friendly guy and very efficient.
